50% of your booking is charged up front, and the remaining payment is billed 7 days prior to your trip

Cancellation Policy

We know sometimes things come up and guests have to cancel

For shorter stays (bookings under 2 weeks)

*Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 5 days prior to their stay & a partial refund 70% if they cancel less than 5 days prior to their stay

For longer stays (2 weeks or more)

*Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 10 days prior to their stay & and a partial refund 70% if they cancel less than 10 days prior to their stay
